Founded by Bernadette Lavoie in September 2005, our spa began as a massage therapy practice. Bernadette, with over two decades of experience in the spa and therapeutic industry, spent a significant portion of her early career abroad—overseeing five-star spas on luxury cruise lines and excelling in the tourism sector as a flight attendant in the UAE. Upon returning to Canada, she transformed a modest vision into a flourishing enterprise she proudly leads today. As a female entrepreneur, Bernadette has earned recognition not only for her business acumen but for her commitment to philanthropy. In recent years, she has channeled her energy into giving back, making charitable endeavors a core aspect of her mission. Above all, her team is like a family—she does not see herself as a traditional boss but as a collaborative leader and equal partner. Her dedication to fostering careers, not just jobs, has been integral to her longevity.
