Cupping is an ancient massage that has been used for centuries to increase blood flow, range of motion, and to aid in well-being and recovery.

These cups work to release muscle tension and create healthy muscle tissue through suction. The suction creates a negative pressure over a specific area that helps to lift and separate soft tissue to facilitate mobilization.

Raindrop Therapy

RMT -

Raindrop technique uses a sequence of essential oils that are immune enhancing, supporting the body's natural defenses.

The oils are dispersed in little drops from about 6 inches from the back. They are then massaged along the spine and absorbed through the skin and senses.

Add-On -

This technique uses Raindrop Therapy oils such as: Thyme, Basil, Cypress, and Peppermint specifically to the feet. By combining Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Massage techniques to promote mental, physical and emotional wellness.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy based on the principle that there are small and specific areas of innervation in the hands and feet that correspond to specific muscle groups or organs of the body. In this system, the nerve endings in the extremities provide a “map” of the rest of the body.

Through the application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology is said to promote benefits such as: relaxation of tension, improvement of circulation, and support of normalized function in the related area in the body.

Swedish Relaxation

Swedish Massage is a type of Relaxation Massage that can be used to increase blood circulation and decrease muscle tension by using slow, repetitive and rhythmic motion. It stimulates the body to block pain receptors in nerves and also has a calming effect on the muscle and mind.

During a Swedish massage, the therapist uses long gliding strokes in the direction of blood flow to reduce stress and anxiety while also promoting relaxation.
