Relaxation Massage
Relaxation or Swedish Massage is a full-body treatment that uses gentle, flowing strokes, kneading, and light pressure to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation. It’s perfect for stress relief and enhancing general well-being.
Relaxation Massage is not done by an RMT, and therefore is not claimable through most insurance plans.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish Massage is a type of Relaxation Massage that can be used to increase blood circulation and decrease muscle tension by using slow, repetitive and rhythmic motion. It stimulates the body to block pain receptors in nerves and also has a calming effect on the muscles and mind.
During a Swedish massage, the therapist uses long gliding strokes in the direction of blood flow to reduce stress and anxiety while also promoting relaxation.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic technique based on the principal that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems within the body. These reflex areas act as a map, connecting the nerve endings in the extremities to the rest of the body.

By applying targeted pressure to these points, reflexology helps to release tension, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural balance and healing processes. This gentle yet effective therapy can leave you feeling restored, relaxed, and re-energized.
