Botox® and Dysport® is a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulism
bacterium, which temporarily weakens the activity of the muscles that cause expression
lines to form over time.
Botox® and Dysport® is not a poison and is not botulism.
Both Botox® and Dysport® are a neuromodulator that effectively treats dynamic wrinkles – those that form when we make facial movements such as squinting, frowning, and raising our eyebrows.
Botox®and Dysport® are injected into these muscles to temporarily reduce or fully block muscle activity.
You will begin to notice a visible smoothing of your crow’s feet lines, frown lines between your brows, and forehead lines.
Botox®and Dysport® can also be used to improve the lower portion of the face when needed, and can dramatically lift and tighten the neck and jaw line.

Dermal fillers such as Teosyal, Juvéderm, and Restylane are commonly known as hyaluronicacid (HA) fillers. HA is a naturally occurring sugar found in your body and when injected, it gently restores lost fullness, smooth out lines and wrinkles, and subtly or dramatically enhances lips.
HA is capable of holding 1,000 times its weight in water, and naturally occurring HA is responsible for binding moisture in the skin. It does this by filling in the space between collagen and elastin fibers in the skin – which hence will hold in moisture and maintain skin’s volume for long periods of time.
Natural occurring HA in the skin starts to decrease over time due to natural aging, sun exposure, life style and many other environmental factors.
When HA fillers are injected under the epidermis, it temporarily replenishes the skins volume by replacing deteriorated supported layers in the skin. Or, in instances where HA filler is used in the lips, it can go beyond just restoring lost volume to further augment the shape and size; creating a more voluminous pout then what you were born with.
The Hyaluronic Acid molecules found in these products are nearly identical to the HA we produce naturally, meaning that HA fillers don't pose a great risk of rejection or allergic reaction.
MD Codes
MD Codes are a new approach to facial aesthetics and facial rejuvenation. Developed by world renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Mauricio De Maio, these Medical Codes are used as a precise, methodical and strategic approach to analyzing and treating each individual face with Dermal Fillers.
Rather than the traditional methods of focusing directly on the problem areas, MD Codes target the underlying cause through a series of precise injection points. This means we no longer just treat the problem area, but rather the root of the problem and simultaneously reduce the signs of ageing.
Using MD Codes, we can begin to restore the face in more natural and effective way.
Dermal Fillers and the use of MD Codes, will address areas such as:

Through the use of MD Codes and the FCR approach (Foundation, Contour and Refinement) it is possible to deliver non-surgical and natural results with injectables.
The Foundation codes address the cheeks and are located in the mid face. These codes give structure – the foundation - and connect the lower with the upper face, creating a more balanced appearance. It is important to first establish this foundation in order to create optimal and natural looking results.
Once the foundation of the face is addressed, the Contour codes should then be treated. These codes treat areas such as temples, chin, and jawline. They are responsible for the facial shape and can lead to a impactful result.
The Refinement codes can be divided in two groups: The periorbital (around the eye) and perioral (around the mouth).
The perioral codes include lips, nasolabial fold (laugh lines), and marionette lines; These are the most requested areas by clients and although important, they should be addressed after the face is structured otherwise unnatural results may happen.
BELKYRA™ is an injectable drug that can reduce submental (under the chin) fat and redefine your jawline, effectively eliminating your double chin without surgery.
BELKYRA™ consists of a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid which is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies. When injected into a targeted area, it destroys fat cell membranes, allowing the fat inside to be released and naturally eliminated from the body. Once these fat cells are destroyed, they can no longer store fat and therefore results are permanent.
Many patients experienced visible results in two to four treatments. However up to six treatments may be administered. Once your goal is reached, re-treatment is not expected.
When to consider Belkyra treatment?

Can Belkyra be used on other areas of the face or body?

Is there anyone who shouldn’t consider Belkyra?
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Individuals with liver or heart problems are unlikely candidates for Belkyra.
If there is current infection in the area to be treated.
Those with lax or excess skin may be better candidates for treatments such as the eTwo Sublime skin tightening or Gmax Pro Laser.
Procedure & Cost
A consultation may be done prior to treatment day; or just prior to treatment to determine if you are a candidate and cost.
Cost is determined by the severity of fat under the chin and desired results.
Typically 2-4 treatments is needed, however is some cases of mild fat under the chin, clients are satisfied with one treatment. In cases of moderate-to-severe fat under the chin, up to 6 treatments may be needed to achieve desired results.
The injector will map out the area to be treated and apply a transparent grid to determine the amount of injections needed.
Injections are delivered through a very fine needle to decrease discomfort.
Immediately following the injection you are likely to experience some mild burning and discomfort for approximately five to ten minutes.
After the procedure there will be some numbness and tenderness to the area that may last for several hours. Majority of the swelling resolves 48 hours after the injection however, numbness or mild tenderness can last up to two months.
